Founding Planner Beta is open Apply now
How it works

Six Moves, One Afternoon.

You do not need a rollout plan. Set up your brand, invite your team, add your clients and you are running real events in the same sitting.

Our promise

If getting started takes longer than a client meeting, we have built it wrong.

We built the onboarding the way a planner would run a kickoff call: short, clear and finished.

Getting started

The Six Moves.

Do them in order or jump around. Each one is useful the moment it is done.

  1. 1

    Create your workspace

Sign up with your business name and tell us how you work. Your workspace is ready in a minute.

  2. 2

Add your brand kit, team and templates

Upload your logo, set your brand colors, invite your team and import the contract and document templates you already use.

  3. 3

    Add clients, leads and events

Build your client database, track leads through the pipeline and open an event workspace for each project.

  4. 4

Send contracts, invoices, forms and documents

Generate contracts for e-signature, send invoices with online payment and share questionnaires and files.

  5. 5

Build timelines, budgets, guest lists and seating

Create the master timeline, track budgets by category, manage RSVPs and design seating layouts.

  6. 6

    Give clients their branded portal

Invite clients into a white-labelled portal where they view progress, sign contracts, pay invoices and message your team.

Bring what you have

Nothing to Start From Scratch.

Your clients, your templates and your way of working come with you. Import a spreadsheet of contacts, drop in the documents you already use and keep going.

  • CSV import for clients and vendors
  • Bring your own contract and form templates
  • Keep your existing client portal language
  • Move events across one at a time, at your pace
In practice

The first week

What Changes, and When.

01Day one

Your brand is everywhere

Logo and colors appear across the workspace and every client touchpoint from the very first login.

02Day two

Clients are in the system

Contacts imported, leads sorted into the pipeline and your next events opened as workspaces.

03Day three

Paperwork flows

Contracts and invoices go out from templates, and signatures start landing on their own.

04Week one

Timelines are shared

Vendors and team members are working from live slices instead of last week's PDF.

05Week one

Clients are inside

The first portal invitations go out, and the first questions stop arriving by email.

06Week two

It becomes the habit

The team opens Vision first, because that is where the current truth lives.

Before and after

From Juggling to Flow.

Before

  • 01

Every event starts with a hunt for the last one's files

  • 02

Clients email you to ask where things stand

  • 03

Staff see too much or too little

  • 04

Onboarding a new hire takes weeks

Questions

Getting Started Questions.

Support@myeventvision.com
How long does setup really take?

Most teams are branded, invited and holding their first real event inside one afternoon. Larger libraries of templates take a little longer.

Can I import my existing clients?

Yes. Upload a CSV and map the columns. Vendors can be imported the same way.

Do I need to move every event at once?

No. Start with the next event on your calendar and bring the rest across as they come up.

Is there training?

Yes. Short guides, templates and direct help from planners who use the platform every day.
