Your Information, Handled with Care.

Vision is an event planning platform and community for event professionals. This policy covers our public website, including the founding access application at /join, the contact form at /contact and the job application form at /careers. If you have a Vision account, the information you add inside the platform is handled as described in your account agreement.

• What you tell us in the application form: your name, email, business name, what best describes you, where you are based, events per year, your website or Instagram, your answer to our question, and whether you would like to join Vision Connect.
• What you tell us in the contact form: your name, email, phone number, business name (optional), the topic and your message. We use it only to reply to you.
• What you tell us in the job application form: your name, email, phone number, the role, your location, your resume or profile link, your portfolio and your message. We use it only to consider your application and reply to you.
• Your text message consent: whether you ticked the consent box on a form, and the mobile number you gave with it. See text messages below.
• How you found us: the link you arrived from, including any campaign tags in it, saved with your application so we know which channels bring planners to Vision.
• Basic technical data: like most websites, our hosting provider keeps short-lived server logs (such as IP address, browser and pages requested) for security and reliability. We use your IP address briefly to stop repeated automated submissions; it is not saved with your application.

Our public pages do not use advertising or analytics cookies. If you sign in to Vision, we use essential cookies to keep you signed in.

• To review your application and contact you about Vision and the founding planner beta.
• To understand which campaigns and pages bring people to Vision, so we can improve them.
• To keep the site secure and protect it from abuse.

If you give us a mobile number and tick the consent box on one of our forms, Vision may send you non-marketing text messages about your inquiry, your application status, appointment coordination, confirmations and reminders, service updates and customer support. Consent is optional and is not a condition of using Vision or of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out and we will send one message confirming it, and no more. Reply HELP for help, or email Support@myeventvision.com.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text message opt-in data and consent are excluded from every category of sharing described in this policy, and will not be shared with any third party, except the messaging provider that delivers our messages on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information or share it for advertising. We use a small number of service providers to run Vision, such as our website host, our database provider and our email delivery provider. They process information only on our behalf. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

We keep your application for as long as it is useful for the founding beta and our relationship with you. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you have shared with us, and you can opt out of our emails at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honour them. To make a request, email Support@myeventvision.com.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, and access to applications is limited to the Vision team. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Vision is for professionals and is not directed to anyone under 16.
